I wanted to reach out to let you know that I am so happy with how my skin is progressing since I have added nine2five to my routine. I am 42 and have struggled with redness my whole life, and as of about 6 months ago have started to get hormonal acne. As we all do I have tried so many new products and nothing has helped. I ordered the full line of nine2five after seeing you talk about it on TikTok. I appreciated your honesty regarding progress over perfection. I have incorporated all three products into my routine and I could not be happier. I have always struggled to find a cleanser that didn’t leave my face irritated, and dry, until nine2five. My skin feels clean, hydrated and it does not irritate it at all! Honestly I could go on and on about how great the product is. I am looking forward to seeing what else you launch, because I will for sure order it!

I sincerely love your products. I bought the reset the day and restore the night and they are genuinely my favourite skin care products. So gentle but nourishing and does not make my skin break out. My skin looks more clear and calm than it has in the past. Will rebuy again and again if I can. Here are some updated photos -after about 5 months of use.

I sincerely love spray away. It has helped my rosacea so much, I believe because of the Aloe Vera and the glycerin which I know is proven to help inflammation and redness. I was always just hesitant to try it but I knew with your brand nine2five skin you look out for us sensitive skin and acne prone girlies! So that’s why I decided to buy it, and I will always continue to buy this product! Because I also have acne prone skin and I’ve been noticing I have very few breakouts now that I’ve been consistently using it since I received it in October of 2025. I also just wanted to say you’ve inspired me so much to love and care for my skin instead of focusing on the negative like yes I have redness on my cheeks but some people think I have blush on! And then I tell them it’s my skin condition and we laugh about it there are positive sides to everything and you’ve helped me see that through your posts and podcast and now even though your skincare brand! Because before this product I thought I’d have to spend hundreds of dollars on a skincare product that was going to help my rosacea as much as yours has. I’ve had this condition since I was 12 and now I’m 26 and I haven’t found anything affordable that would help until your brand came to life so from the bottom of my heart thank you so much Lavinia for creating this brand I can’t wait to see what else you have cooking for the future!

I've recently bought the bundle and it's been life changing for me! Not only for my facial acne but also for my HS (hidradenitis suppurativa- autoimmune disease). In the past I've tried steroid creams, antibiotics and all that stuff to help my flare ups and nothing has helped. Until I used the 3 in 1 spray and it was a game changer!! It reduced the swelling under my breast, it reduced the pain and it healed the flare up so much quicker than other things I've tried! I've never seen anything like it! I recommend that people suffering from HS try these products, you won't regret it! Thank you so much for creating this product!! This is my second purchase actually, I totally love the spray I do see an improvement on my acne breaks even on my period that's when I break a little; I will like a bigger bottle as I either use it too much but it lasted just a month.

Bianca here! I just wanted to reach out and praise my baby. spray away has truly become my ride-or-die! I can’t stop recommending it to my friends, especially to anyone on a Tretinoin journey. Tret makes my skin extremely sensitive and prone to flakiness, but this spray has been a total game-changer. My favorite "pro-tip" is spraying a bit of spray away onto a cotton pad to gently buff away flakes—it’s so much more soothing than traditional toner pads, which usually irritate me. Since adding this to my routine, I’ve noticed fewer breakouts over the last two weeks and my makeup goes on so much smoother. I went from having painful breakouts to only PIE and scarring left. As someone who has struggled with hormonal acne since I turned 18, seeing signs of clearing for the first time now that I'm about to turn 21 made me emotional.

I saw n2f on TikTok, and the spray away has been such a great product! I love the sleek packaging. As a guy, I wasn’t looking for anything flashy; I just want results. I’m always hesitant with new brands because I have sensitive skin, but this one actually soothes it. I even notice small blemishes go from red to my normal skin tone after using the spray (wow). I have to talk about this cleanser—it’s a two-in-one and I’m genuinely obsessed. I have combo, acne-prone skin, and this is one of the few cleansers that makes my skin feel actually clean without leaving it tight or dying for moisture. It foams up so beautifully (I need my cleanser to foam or I don’t feel clean), but it still feels really soft and gentle on the skin. No dryness, no irritation. It breaks down all the dirt, oil, makeup, and sunscreen and somehow leaves me feeling clean and hydrated at the same time. If you’ve ever used a cleanser that made your skin feel like SpongeBob in that episode where he needs water, this is the exact opposite of that. 10/10.

I love n2f skin! I recently returned from a 2 month backpacking trip through Europe and let me just say, these products were staple items in my toiletry bag. They are the perfect size for one month's worth of use and simplified my skincare routine so much (I brought 2 sets with me). The cleanser and night moisturizer kept my skin so clean and hydrated after long days sweating in the hot sun...and who can beat a 2 step nighttime routine, so simple!
reset the day 2 in 1 Serum Cleanser - I absolutely love this cleanser. It brings life back into my skin after a long day while thoroughly cleaning and hydrating at the same time...my skin never feels stripped when I use this product. I never have to worry about breaking out with this cleanser because it cleans my face so well every single time. I reach for this over any of my other cleansers now and it has become a staple in my daily nighttime skincare routine.
restore the night 2 in 1 Anti-Aging Night Cream - This is one of the best night creams I have ever used. It is such a unique texture that feels like a mix between a gel and a cream, very soothing during application. The cream is so hydrating even with the retinol component that typically dries out skin and as someone with dry, sensitive skin, I really appreciate that quality. I always wake up with such moisturized, smooth and plump skin in the mornings after I use this product. My boyfriend even loves this product so much that he steals mine!

The reset the day cleanser is gentle enough for my very sensitive skin - yet still leaves me feeling fresh and clean!
I love following it up with restore the night - this moisturizer feels luxurious and moisturizing without leaving your skin feeling greasy! If I had to only ever use one product - it would be restore the night! It doubles as an eye cream that doesn’t sting, itch or burn. As a sensitive skin girlie that even sometimes gets reactions from CeraVe products, I can say after using nine2five for a year I have never had any sensitivity from it! It truly is sensitive skin friendly and it WORKS!

One of the best night creams I have tried. I typically am not a night cream person because they feel to heavy and greasy, however, this restore the night cream is the perfect balance of repairing and hydrating while not feeling to thick and greasy on my skin! its also a great bonus that it has some retinol in it while not irritating the skin barrier. Could not recommend it enough.

I originally bought these products for my boyfriend who thought facial care routines were too complicated. From the first time he used them, he fell in love with them, so I decided to try them out myself, and I had the same results. These products are so convenient because they have all the products you buy, but in just one product, which makes the routine much cheaper and less complicated. We both got great results after a few weeks of use! I repurchased the products month after month, and I will continue to use them! I recommend them to everyone.

I’ve been using reset the day – 2-in-1 Hydrating Serum Foaming Cleanser and restore the night – 2-in-1 Anti-Aging Deep Repair Night Cream, and I can honestly say I’m obsessed like 10/10 NO NOTES. As someone who’s dealt with acne and sensitive skin for over 10 years, finding products that actually support my skin without overwhelming it is huge! Over the last two years, my skin has finally started to heal, and I’ve become super intentional about only using products that feel good, keep my skin balanced, and don’t cause flare-ups. These do exactly that. I love a “less is more” routine, and both of these fit in perfectly, all I aspire to have is just healthy, hydrated, happy skin...Not only did I use up both products fully but I’m already looking forward to reordering. I started using n2f back in 2024 and I honestly love it! The texture is super lightweight, not greasy at all, and it blends in without leaving a white cast. It feels comfortable on my skin, and works so well under makeup. Definitely one of the best sunscreens I’ve used, and I feel like it is moisturizing my skin so much at the same time, while also protecting it. 10/10!!!
