why is nine2five the most efficient system?

should I cleanse once or twice a day?

At a minimum you should cleanse the skin using our reset the day cleanser every night to remove impurities, oil, build up, and sunscreen from the skin before going to sleep. Cleansing in the morning is optional but since our cleanser is gentle and non-stripping to the skin you do not have to worry about over-cleansing if you do want to wash your face both morning and night. 

what does SPF stand for? 

SPF stands for sun protection factor. It is best to wear a minimum of SPF 30 with fairer skin tones and minimum SPF 15 for deeper skin tones. Our face the day moisturizer is the perfect everyday product to protect your skin from the sun. 

why do I need to wear sunscreen everyday?

The sun emits both UVA and UVB rays. Although most people are familiar with the effects of UVB rays causing burning to the skin, UVA rays also contribute to aging and pre-mature wrinkles. Additionally it is important to protect your skin from the sun to prevent skin cancer. The primary step to an anti-aging skincare routine is sunscreen even on cloudy days or days spent inside as the sun's rays go through both clouds and windows. Make sure to apply face the day every morning and reapply as needed throughout the day.

what is an antioxidant?

Antioxidants remove potentially damaging oxidizing agents therefore being able to protect from environmental stressors such as pollution. Our products feature a plentiful of antioxidants like Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Caffeine. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant as it helps boost SPF power so it makes a great combination with your sunscreen to protect your skin further.

what does retinol do? 

Retinol is a form of Vitamin A that helps the production of collagen in the skin as well as cell turnover. Collagen and elasticity in the skin decrease with age which makes fine lines and wrinkles more visible. Retinol can help make the skin smoother as well as help with blemishes. 

 

when do products expire?

Our products do not have an exact expiration date but we recommend you use the product within its PAO (period after opening). This can be found on the box of our one month bundle as an open jar with the number of months the product is designed to be effective for. For example 6M = 6 months.

is nine2five cruelty free?

We do not test our products on animals. All products are tested on humans.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they are shipped. We only accept returns within 14 days if the product is unopened and unused. Please contact us if you are looking for a return of an unused and unopened product.
