n2f is made for you. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect we accept returns within 7 days if the product is unopened and unused.

Please contact us at support@nine2fiveskin.com with your order number and applicable photos if you are looking for a return of an unused and unopened product and we'll be sure to help with the return label and replace the damaged product.

No refunds on shipping fees.

Domestic orders within Canada will be shipped with alternative providers.

United States:

We offer standard shipping (4-8 days) on all orders. Shipping rates are subject to your location and order weight calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $40 USD

*Due to new IEEPA tariff in effect, all Canada to US orders are subject to duty on order. Duties are prepaid at checkout subject to your order amount. We are working to reduce this for our customers in the future.

International:
