If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@nine2fiveskin.com with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Canada
Calgary customers receive free local delivery on orders over $40 CAD. All other Canadian orders receive free shipping on orders over $60 CAD. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

United States
Standard shipping (4–8 days) on all orders. Free shipping on orders over $50 USD. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Due to IEEPA tariffs currently in effect, all Canada to US orders are subject to duty. Duties are prepaid at checkout. We are actively working to reduce this impact for our US customers.

International
Standard shipping (6–10 days) on all orders. Free shipping on orders over $80 CAD. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Tracking & Pickup
Please monitor your tracking number and collect your package promptly if it's held at a post office. Packages returned due to missed pickup will require additional shipping fees to be paid by the customer before reshipment.
